#MFXTOP September Winner and October Theme

#MFXTOP SEPTEMBER

Thanks again to Element Games as the overall winner AND best newcomer receive a voucher to spend in their store.

Let's see who had the got to the finish line in first:

Best Newcomer

and...

Third Place

It's @RHill134
One of my local guys, I was very happy to see him enter.
Although he promised me a Nekima I was not let down by the Cherub.
The pale skin is nice as are the eagle like wings.

Second Place

A very close battle at the top sees @Proximocoal's
Whiskey Golem take second losing out first by a single vote.
Connor's golem has some excellent wear and tear, from rust to verdigris.
I also like the shambled look is added by the golem being a mix of barrels.

First Place

This month's winner is
@Oathius
Austin has managed to just take the title with the same model as Second place.
It seems the Nightmare Whiskey Golem is popular and looks to be
a fantastic model to take advantage of to paint.

Oz has gone for a more bright look on the Gremlins clambering over the Golem.
This helps bring them out, and although very similar to Connor's
Austin's rust has some more fresh chips. I guess people preferred his take. Just

@Oathius is the Winner of #MFXTOP9 "Runners"
and September's
Tyrant of Painting.

#MFXTOP Month 10

The usual reminder, but don't forget each month the Winner and Best Newcomer gets a voucher for Elementgames.co.uk

The Best Newcomer award is for whoever received the most votes and has not entered #MFXTOP before.

October's Theme

Theme number ten will tie in with the month of October, the month where some of us celebrate Halloween.
Traditionally full of monsters and ghouls and things which are...

"Terrifying"

Simple, paint any model with the Terrifying ability and it qualifies!

If you have any other questions, contact me on twitter where I'll be tweeting rubbish constantly.

As always head over to Element Games and listen to that lovely @oldmanmyke and whoever else is staring on Malifools and Fools Daily and lastly...

...if you want to come down south for a tournament next year, check out this link here and get on that interest list.
We hope to make it even bigger and better than the (what seemed) successful September's Curse.
