@docbungle has set the UK wargaming community a challenge, 24 hours gaming and money raising to help the Macmillan nurses who do so much to help Cancer patients and their families.
It's a horrible truth that nearly everyone will be touched by cancer in some way in their life and it something I have always personally tried to give to when possible. I lost my Grampy (mother's father) to cancer and it changed my life and the way I perceive the world.
He was the most important man in my life, the only family member to ever be as close as to important as my own Mum and losing him was definitely one of my biggest lows.
I know I am not the only one to have lost someone I love to Cancer, so I find it so commendable that the Bear is trying to rally us nerds together to do something good.
The easiest way to straight up send cash is this link for Just Giving.
For more information about the event check the wyrd forum and also his blog, which is linked in thread and on my blog too.
Friday we all get to finally read @dumb_luck89/Dom Westerland's "2 for 1" post.
Yep, some Gremlins on this blog. What's up with that?
