#MFXTOP June Winner and July theme

#MFXTOP JUNE

"Ladies' Night" ended, the mess has been cleared and it's time for another #MFXTOP winner.

Thanks again to Element Games as the overall winner AND best newcomer receive a voucher to spend in their store.

Time for the usual countdown:

Third Place

In at third place.

Second Place

Second place goes to former #MFXTOP winner and runner-up,

Right on the heels of the eventual winner, Gaz should be proud
of this lovely Sonnia he has done. Outstanding.

First Place

Two months in a row a newcomer has taken both the top prizes.

Where do I start without showing the bias I have for Mei Feng.

This paint job is so nice, even the "haters" made some vote.

The colours, the freehand tattoo and that glorious face, this makes for a winning entry.

#MFXTOP Month 7

The usual reminder, but don't forget each month the Winner and Best Newcomer gets a voucher for Elementgames.co.uk 

The Best Newcomer award is for whoever received the most votes and has not entered #MFXTOP before.

And as always don't forget these "stretch goals":

• If we hit 25 entrants I will send out something to who comes in second place.

• If we beat 27 entrants (we got 27 in January) then I will send prizes out to second and third place.

• Lastly (for now) 35 entrants, is my top goal and I will not only be doing all the above, but I will have a winner from each faction in the game (that includes Gremlins) who scored the most votes meaning 7 total prizes being given away.

As previously mentioned, "entrants" refers to people entering, not the amount of miniatures.

July's Theme

Can you believe this competition has gone for half a year now, I am very happy for it to continue into the it's seventh month, wait, seven, seven?

@Cheatedfatesjoe wrote a very nice blog about how 7 is a magical number in malifaux, here's a link

So to carry on from that and celebrate that we are in month 7, the theme is to paint a 7 soulstone cost model.
Seven.
This is as printed on the card, upgrades do not change it nor does Mercenary tax.

Fairly simple, so what will you pick, a December Acolyte maybe a Convict Gunslinger, both now available from Element Games on preorder (or order according to when you read this).
